I have used Bitboxes a number of times now and have found this to be one of the simplest to do from setup/installation/support/advise simply amazing – As a customer service manager myself I look for the simplicity side of things and often look to do things At should we say a convenience to me and not to someone else, after all its me that matters? I feel that Bitboxes looks after me as a customer and by far the best Hosting company that I have been with (trust me that's many!) So thank you Bitboxes for such an enjoyable service!

great services great uptimes. and very friendly staff aswell i know all of them and im very happy with bitboxes

as i use to be on many others networks but i moved all my services to bitboxes.

I've been with BitBoxes since April 2010, they are a very friendly hosting company, which is probably due to the fact they've been friends and have worked together for many many years.

I started off with an IRCd package, then in July 2010 I upgraded to a VPS. BitBoxes have always been fantastic and are very prompt should I need to submit a ticket. There uptime is also better than great.

Over the last two years that I have been using Bitboxes Hosting Services, I have found them to be the most stable Hosting Company I have used in the past 12 years. I have used several Hosting Companies and have found None of them have been as stable or, as fast to respond to help solve any problems I may have had. Their staff has always been the most friendly people. I have never waited 24 hours for a reply or for them to fix or address any concerns I might have had.

Their prices are very competitive and the customer service is second to none. The only wish I have for Bitboxes it that they will one day be able to expand their Hosting Company into the U.S. and Canada

I would definitely buy more services from them should I need them and I recommend them to everyone who asks me about Hosting Services of any kind.
